Australia Post (organise and pay personally) – Faster payment but you pay for it and send it in yourself using our ‘Reply Paid’ address.
Satchel (we supply a bag with tracking) – Takes a bit longer but you don’t have to worry about a thing, delivered to your mailbox and return tracking to us.
Drop-Off (to our Melbourne CBD office) – Fast payment but you’ll have to get to us between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday.

Satchel - Slower option:
Receive a FREE mailing satchel to send your device to us!
We cover the cost of shipping and tracking for your device. We recommend getting insurance for your device of high value from your local Australia post before sending it to us. We do not provide insurance and we will not be liable if the satchel is lost or damaged during transit.
Note: This is the slower option. Satchels can take up to 10 days to arrive.Devices received after 14 days may be subject to a price change.However, in the event that we encounter unexpected delays with Australia Post, we will take this into consideration so there is no need for you to worry.
