At Mobile Monster, we’re committed to giving you the best possible deal for your phone.
We want you to get the best cash payout for your phone. If you find a bona fide cash offer from another eligible Australian buyer for the same phone model and condition, here's what we do:
1.You submit the competing offer (screenshot or official quote) via our Help Centre before completing your sale with us.
2.We will verify the offer and if it meets all eligibility criteria beat it by 5% (up to a maximum of $30 extra payout).
3. Once we receive and inspect your phone and confirm its condition matches the quote, your payout will be adjusted accordingly.
Be from a registered Australian company.
Be a cash offer (we don’t match store credit deals).
Show the date and time the quote was provided.

We want to to be transparent about how our mobile price beat guarantee works, so here are the key conditions at a glance:
The competing offer must come from a legitimate, registered Australian company (with ABN/GST, verifiable in public business registries).
The offer must be a cash payout, store credit or trade-in vouchers do not qualify.
The offer must apply to the exact same phone model, storage/variant, and stated condition as yours.
You must provide clear evidence (e.g. a digital screenshot or official PDF/quote) showing the offer, with date and time visible.
The offer must be valid and genuine at the moment you submit it not a historical/expired or outdated quote, and not a recently inflated price aimed at triggering our guarantee. We will due our due diligence to confirm any quote is valid.
The price-beat request must be submitted before you finalise your sale with us. Once your sale is complete, price-beat claims cannot be applied.
The maximum additional payout under the guarantee is $30.
There are some devices that will be excluded from our price beat guarantee. The list is constantly updated in our help centre. Please visit the help centre to verify.
