We also recommend purchasing tracking and insurance as this can give you more peace of mind!

We cover the cost of shipping and tracking for your device. We recommend getting insurance for your device of high value from your local Australia post before sending it to us. We do not provide insurance and we will not be liable if the satchel is lost or damaged during transit.
Note: This is the slower option. Satchels can take up to 10 days to arrive.Devices received after 14 days may be subject to a price change.However, in the event that we encounter unexpected delays with Australia Post, we will take this into consideration so there is no need for you to worry.
