Forgot what your iPhone passcode is?
Your iPhone may have been sitting around for 6-12 months and you may have forgotten the password.

Note: If the data on your iPhone is important, please make sure it's backed up!
You will need the USB Sync cable, and a computer with internet access.
1. Switch off your iPhone
2. Once it's switched off, hold down the "home" key and plug it into the computer.
3. An icon on your iPhone will come on "Plug into iTunes"
4. On the screen you will see in iTunes "Restore Device"
5. Restore your device
